Booking
If you have a specific date in mind, we suggest that you call or email to see if the date is available. We are often booked up for 4 to 8 weeks in advance so parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. You can reserve the date with a deposit and then decide the details when you are ready. FAQ's
Do you provide food?
We do not provide food. It is the responsibility of the client to provide food and birthday cake at all the parties; but we are available to offer menu suggestions and assist with finding catering.
How long do the parties last?
All our Themed Parties run for 2 1/2 hours. We can cater for up to 10 children at the head table with one Party Host and up to 30 with additional party staff.
Where are the parties held?
WE CAN BRING THE PARTY TO YOU! We coordinate the event at your chosen venue (your home, community
clubhouse, country club, hotel, banquet hall, etc.). or we can host your event of 100 guest at a preferred location. Please contact us at (317) 551-2414 to discuss a location with accommodating space.
Can I have it in a park or in a back yard?
OF COURSE! You may host your event outdoors however the temperature must not exceed 80 degrees at the time of the event set up. We can provide a 10x10 canopy at an additional cost; otherwise we will need a shady or covered area to set up. The area should be flat and dry. We will not set up in wet grass or mud. We reserve the right to determine if the outdoor area is suitable for our equipment. Please provide a backup plan for inclement weather.
What are the space requirements for your décor?
For those events hosted in your home, we request a cleared out area. We need at least a 12’x12’ space to accommodate our table settings. We do not move furniture and request that the area be cleared out prior to our arrival. The party package includes delivery, set-up and breakdown at street level. We require space for parking in your driveway or the front of your home for one vehicle, which allows for easy and safe access to the party area.
NOTE: Set up of your event happens quickly. We have much to do in a short window of time. For this reason we request that you keep your children, other family members and guests away from the set up area. Time spent interacting with your children and guests takes away from our ability to stay on schedule and get your event set up on time as well as taking the mystery out of our "transformation" of your party space. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
What if I have to cancel a party?
We will refund your deposit within 24 hours of making a deposit if custom supplies have not been yet ordered. After 24 hours due to the nature of the business, deposits are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather, Endless Possibilities reserves the right to reschedule your event or cancel at any given time. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date & time for your party (based on availability).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (building usage)
This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the Hirer (Also known as the customer) and Alisa Long and Endless
Possibilities By paying the deposit and/or by accepting delivery of rented items, customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this rental contract as well as the specific rules to follow.
Operators should read all warnings and instructions (SPECIFIC RULES TO FOLLOW)All equipment to be used at own
risk.Customer has to check that he/she has received all goods ordered/hired in good working condition. Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and return to Alisa Long and Endless Possibilities. The Customer is responsible for all loss, damage, and repair.The Hirer/Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Alisa Long and Endless Possibilities harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defence of such claims. If hirer/customer refuses to return rented items, the hirer/customer agrees that Alisa Long and Endless Possibilities and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process. The Hirer/Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and will provide adult
supervision. The customer will be liable for any damage/theft of the equipment whilst in their care. All damages incurred to any hired equipment, inflatable's or motor while in possession of the hirer will be payable by the hirer unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. Alisa Long and Endless Possibilities will not be held responsible for any associated rental,
stall fees, entry fees or any other such expenses that might be incurred as a result of the hire of equipment.
ATTORNEY FEES: Hirer/Customer agrees to pay all attorney fees and court costs incurred by Alisa Long and Endless
Possibilities in enforcing these terms and conditions.
